The Role

The Digital Marketing Associate will collaborate with internal NetLync teams (marketing, sales, product) and our global partners to build and execute our Go-To-Market programs that will drive engagement and pipeline growth. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment in a fast-growing technology company and wants to make an impact.  

  • Develop and execute marketing activities (print, social media, email, paid media) 

  • Communicate brand awareness plans and programs with leadership

  • Conduct competitive analysis and make recommendations based on findings

  • Lead the development and execution of corporate branding initiatives (e.g., print materials, email campaigns, social media, and paid digital advertising)

  • Create and support relationships with partner agencies

  • Develop copy for print projects, digital campaigns, video scripts, presentations, and more 

  • Manage website content and updates 

  • Manage social network updates on behalf of the company

  • Monitor and report on web traffic 

  • Prepare and deliver press releases, customer briefings, and other communications as needed

  • Coordinate the production of quarterly town hall meetings

  • Work with external agencies as needed

  • 3+ years’ experience managing marketing programs in an in-house marketing or agency setting

  • University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or a similar field

  • Experience in partner marketing, regional marketing, event management, sales or related administrative experience

  • Very proficient in building high-quality presentations and sales collateral (brochures, pitch decks, etc.) using Microsoft Office and other creative tools

  • Experience in building and carrying out multi-channel marketing campaigns via various marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills 

  • Comfortable presenting to senior-level audiences 

  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of basic processes (sales pipelines, inventory, store operations, etc.)

  • Knowledge or experience in B2B or cloud-based software is an asset

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred, not required
